Shopfront is €39 a month, Counter €59 and Store €179, all excl. VAT. There are no set-up fees, and your example costs nothing. If you say yes, you pay the first month and we start building. We bill in euros.

No. Asking for an example, or looking at it, doesn’t commit you to anything. You sign nothing and pay nothing. If you do want the website, you order: you say yes and pay the first invoice. The subscription then runs for at least 12 months from the day your website goes live, and that first payment covers the first month. After that you can cancel any month, with one month’s notice.

You can cancel at any time, with one month’s notice. The subscription ends no earlier than the end of the fixed term: 12 months, or 24 months if you paid two years up front. Cancel in month 11 and it ends after month 12. Just email [email protected]. The website then goes offline. Your domain name stays yours, and so do your own words, photos and logo: just ask and we’ll send them to you as a zip file. The design stays ours, unless you take the website over.

You’ll hear from us at least 3 months in advance. You get all your website’s files free of charge, so you or another provider can keep using it. Your domain name is already in your name; we transfer it free of charge to you or to your new provider. Anything you’ve paid in advance for the period after that is refunded.

Not sure? Start with Shopfront (€39 a month): a good website that Google can find and read easily. Counter (€59) is for when customers make a reservation, book an appointment or order in advance. Store (€179) is for selling online. You can move up to a bigger package at any time, with no set-up fee.

Your example is free and there are no set-up fees. If you say yes, you pay the first month when you order. Only then do we start building. That payment counts as your first month, from the day your website is live, and isn’t refunded. Move up to a bigger package later and you pay nothing extra.

If you become a customer before 1 July 2027, the monthly price of your package stays the same for two years, counted from the day your website goes live. That still applies if we raise our prices in the meantime. You become a customer on the day you order: you say yes and pay the first invoice. If you switch to another package, you pay that package’s price at the time. If you become a customer on or after 1 July 2027, the price can change once a year. You’ll hear at least 2 months in advance, and you can cancel if you prefer.

Yes, in two ways. You can take it over after the fixed term (12 or 24 months), for around €195 (Shopfront), €295 (Counter) or €495 (Store). Or you can buy it outright, with no subscription: Shopfront from €399, Counter from €899, Store from €1,799. After that, hosting and your domain name cost €12 a month, or you move the website to another provider. All excl. VAT.

Because Prestido AI does most of the work: the letter, the words, the build and the first replies. Most web agencies charge by the hour for all that. With us, you don’t pay for those hours. A person checks every website before it goes live.

No. We work for businesses only. Prices are excl. VAT and we bill in euros. Whether VAT applies depends on where your business is based; if it does, it’s shown separately on the invoice. Business customers can usually reclaim it.

A website for your business that we’ve already made, whether you’re a hairdresser, a restaurant, a plumber, a bakery or anything else. You look at it on its own private link. If you like it, we put it online. If not, you’ve paid nothing.

Yes, and it’s free. On Get your free example you tell us what kind of business you have and where, then send the message yourself on WhatsApp or by email. We make your example and send you the link as soon as it’s ready.

30 days. If we don’t hear from you, we take it down after that. It sits on a link with a code that’s hard to guess, and it isn’t on Google.

You do. The domain name is your business name with your own country’s ending (such as .co.uk, .de or .nl) or .com, depending on what’s available. We only register it once you say yes, and then in your name. If you leave, you keep it. The cost is included in your monthly price.

Shopfront includes 2 changes a month, Counter 5 and Store 10. One change is one adjustment to one thing: new opening hours, the prices on one page, a piece of text or a photo. Tell us on WhatsApp or by email. We do anything urgent within 24 hours, and a normal change within 2 working days. Need more? An extra small change is €25 excl. VAT. Something bigger, like a new page? You get a price first.

You don’t need to. Send us a short message and we’ll make the change. Would you rather do some things yourself? Let us know and we’ll work out together what suits you best.

For the example, we use what’s publicly known about your business, plus our own drawings. If you go ahead, we’d much rather use your own photos and your own words. Just email them over.

Yes. Prestido works with AI: Prestido AI makes the website. Then a person checks it and improves whatever needs it. Last of all, we proofread the wording for spelling and tone. Only then does it go live. See Can AI make a good website?

What Google or an AI assistant answers isn’t ours to decide. It depends on the question. What we do is put your details online so search engines and AI assistants can find and read them. If your business fits the question, it can be part of the answer.

With Counter and Store, we also keep your Google Business Profile and your details up to date. Nobody can promise you the top spot. Read How customers find you on Google and AI

Prestido AI, our AI assistant, replies first, and always tells you it’s an AI. For now, a person reads every reply. Rather talk to a person? Just say so, by email or on WhatsApp, and a person will take over, in English or Dutch. Anything about price or contract is always agreed with a person. See Talking to an AI assistant.

Your own. Prestido AI replies in whichever language you write in: English, Dutch, German, French, Polish or Spanish. Rather talk to a person? A person replies in English or Dutch. For customers in the Netherlands, the website, the terms and the invoice are in Dutch. Customers outside the Netherlands get the terms and the invoice in English, and your website can be in your own language.

We only use what we need. For the example, that’s details about your business that are already public. The example sits on its own link with a code, something like try.prestido.com/k7f3q9x2ab/prima-zaak-bakery/. It isn’t on Google. This website uses no cookies and doesn’t track you. Just email [email protected]. We’ll take your example down straight away and won’t contact you again.
