About the letter.
Why have I had a letter?
Your business doesn’t have a website yet, so we went ahead and made one, using only details that are already public, such as your Google listing. The letter is the only way we get in touch: we don’t cold-call and we don’t send unsolicited emails.
Does asking for an example commit me to anything?
No. Asking for an example, or looking at it, doesn’t commit you to anything. You sign nothing and pay nothing. If you do want the website, you order: you say yes and pay the first invoice. The subscription then runs for at least 12 months from the day your website goes live, and that first payment covers the first month. After that you can cancel any month, with one month’s notice.
How do I stop hearing from you?
Just email [email protected]. We’ll take your example down straight away and won’t contact you again. If we don’t hear from you at all, we take it down after 30 days anyway.
